AllStar Fence was great to work with! I'm very pleased with all aspects of this company from their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. I put down our deposit in February to have work completed in June. The job was delayed by a few weeks. I considered this to be a minor inconvenience though. The job was a rather big one with over 700+ linear feet of fencing that was installed. Many patios to be fenced in with gates. Old wood fence encased in concrete that needed to be removed. I was very impressed by the work ethic of the crew. They had the old fence tore out within just a couple of days and with minimal damage to existing concrete. I appreciated their attention to detail, and the finished product turned out wonderful. I decided to go with a vinyl fence, and it looks beautiful. There was a little mixup on what latches to install for the gates (regular latches versus key coded ones), but talked to the office staff about it and they got it straightened out right away! They also did a great job leaving the property clean when all finished. I watched them wash down the fences with hoses, which I though was a nice touch.My only issue is that I (the customer) had to apply for the fencing permit, and it was a pain to work with the City of Spokane on having everything they wanted included in the site plan. I would rather of just had AllStar deal with that as I would assume that the fencing company themselves are much more adept at drawing up site plans than the customer.Overall though, I was very pleased with the work and the finished product, and now have a beautiful vinyl fence that should last for many years to come.
